Maintains an acceptable combination of UHMW properties for less demanding, non-FDA applications. Marble grade is a multicolored blend of virgin and reclaimed UHMW, while Uniblend grade achieves more uniform colors through stringent separation of colors.

UHMW Ceram P is an outstanding performer in applications marked by high load, high speed and severe sliding abrasion. Its high tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, and agricultural industries. Composed of virgin polymer and premium additives, UHMW Ceram P is a shatter- resistant alternative to sintered ceramics.

UHMW CleanStat will cut forced downtime and fines build-up in a variety of applications for food and pharmaceutical handling.
UHMW CleanStat will eliminate static build-up problems, still meet FDA and USDA guidelines for food contact, while exhibiting a longer wearing, lower coefficient of friction sliding surface than stainless steel.
UHMW CleanStat can be easily fabricated into components and replacement parts that reduce noise levels in your plant and require less frequent cleaning.

UHMW DrySlide
Modified with special dry lubricants, UHMW DrySlide is our lowest coefficient of friction material.
The enhanced coefficient of friction and anti-static properties make UHMW DrySLide an excellent performer in dusty environments. Our lubricants do not attract dust or dirt. Even damp boxes or parcels covered in shrink wrap won’t stick to UHMW DrySlide.
Its surface won’t mar packaging or products that come into contact with it. Parcels or packages move freely on DrySlide without jamming from dirt, grit, grit or static build-up.

UHMW Oil Filled
With UHMW Oil Filled, conveyors can operate more effectively, without the effort and added expense of unnecessary lubrication. On Oil Filled guides, sprockets and conveyor components, chains move more easily with less tension, stretching and binding.

UHMW DS is composed of virgin polymer and other additives to exhibit higher intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight. UHMW DS has increased wear resistance, excellent machinability and better thermal and dimensional stability. Not FDA accepted.

UHMW Antistatic
Modified to exhibit anti-static properties, its surface resistivity ranges from 105 to 109 (ohms/cm2). UHMW Anti-Static is available in sheet, rod, board and profiles. UHMW AntiStatic is compounded for situations where dust and static electricity pose significant problems. UHMW Anti-Static can move products more safely in potentially volatile environments, such as munitions plants, grain handling facilities and explosive assembly facilities (air-bags) where a spark can cause a dust explosion. UHMW AntiStatic protects products sensitive to build-up of electrical charges.

UHMW UV Resistant
Modified UHMW formula for enhanced stability in outdoor applications. While non-UV formulations are suitable for unexposed situations, UHMW UV Resistant retains its low-friction surface, resistance to wear, corrosion resistance, and impact strength up to three times longer.
In agricultural applications, UV Resistant extends the life and performance of field equipment. UHMW’s self-lubricating parts do not corrode or freeze. They work effectively on new equipment or as retrofits on weathered items.
